Inc. is a behavioural based and
people centred active learning organisation.
We provide learning support to organisations
and communities through our three
sister organisations; Sansthagat
Bikas Consultancy Kendra (SBCK),
Organisation Development Centre
(ODC) and the Institute of Development
Management Studies (IDMS).
We at ODC understand that improving or maintaining the health
of your organisation is similar to taking care of one's own
health- no part of the body can be neglected. That is why
our training programmes are designed to suit the needs of
staff members at all levels within your
organisation.
